Delivery Policy

Khemlani Mart will deliver all approved web purchases within 3-7 business days for Kingston/St. Andrew deliveries, and 7-10 business days for all other parishes. Deliveries tend to be much sooner, and depends on availability.

To guarantee timely delivery, we must have complete addresses, full name, and daytime phone numbers. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Web purchases for delivery require the original purchaser to email their government issued identification to sales@khemlanimart.com. For international cardholders, and sometimes local purchasers (depending on the items chosen), the purchaser will be required to email a proof of address as well.

If there is a delay in your order or you would like to change/cancel your order, please contact our delivery department at (876) 925-4336 or (876) 925-4336, or respond directly to the email order confirmation.

Items that are cancelled after deliveries are scheduled and/or sent out for delivery may be subject to restocking fees (10-25%). While Khemlani Mart does its best to provide over-the-top customer service and not subject customer’s to any fees, we reserve the right to do so especially in cases where we incur losses.

Delivery Instructions

Delivery is currently only offered within the island of Jamaica. Choose delivery when checking out and enter your local address.

A representative may contact you via telephone to finalize the following:

  • Item(s) selected/identified for delivery.
  • The name and contact number of the person receiving your purchase if not you. (This person must be at least 18 years old)
  • Delivery address where applicable.
  • Date and time of delivery.

Inability to finalize this information could result in delivery delays.

Please note that delivery dates are subject to change due to matters outside of our control such as, but not limited to, bad or dangerous weather conditions, acts of God, strikes, lockouts and supplier delays.

If an order is damaged during transportation by our company, the customer has the option to exchange the item, if in stock. Where an item is out of stock, the customer has the option to receive a credit towards the purchase of another item, or receive a refund. The method of refund may vary based on the method of payment used to make the initial purchase. For website orders, refunds will be done on the original card used to make the purchase. Refer to our refund policy for full return instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, customers are encouraged to decline the delivery, inform the delivery team immediately and not sign the customer inspection form. Khemlani Mart will not accept responsibility if a report is not made within 24 hours. Reports must be made by calling (876) 925-4336 or (876) 925-4336.

In-Store Pickup Instructions

A representative may contact you via telephone to finalize the following:

  • Item(s) selected/identified for in-store pickup.
  • The name and contact number of the person picking up your purchase, if not you.
  • The person picking up must carry their valid government issued photo identification.

Inability to finalize this information could result in pickup delays.

Goods that are picked up from the store are inspected before leaving. Khemlani Mart is not liable for any goods not delivered or assembled by Khemlani Mart or its offered services, and all damages after inspection are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, Khemlani Mart only ships within the island. We are unable to ship orders outside of Jamaica.

Interim Covid-19 Delivery Schedule

Due to the extenuating circumstances of COVID-19, deliveries are limited and delivery dates are not guaranteed. All deliveries may take up to 7-10 days and customers may be notified of any delays.
